PASARC strives to bring together policy makers, scholars and practitioners from the world’s leading institutions in order to devise, strengthen and improve forward-looking approaches to governance.

Pakistan Administrative Service Alumni Research Center (PASARC) is an independent not-for-profit research, out-reach and capacity building organization for public and non-profit sectors,devoted to independent research and innovative policy solutions. PASARC strives to bring together policy makers, scholars and practitioners from the world’s leading institutions in order to devise, strengthen and improve forward-looking approaches to governance.
PASARC’s foundation stone was laid in a nationally televised ceremony, by the serving Prime Minister of Pakistan, Mr. Syed Yousuf Raza Gilani on June 30, 2011, with an amount of Rs. 1 million earmarked towards its speedy launch. Its head office is located within the premises of the PAS Campus of Civil Services Academy (CSA), Upper Mall, Lahore.
